Family, the word family comes up with so many meaning. Family by blood, Family NOT connected by BLOOD.  Family is mother, father, brother, sister, cousin, grandmother, grandfather, and everyone who  shares the same blood. 

While PARTNERSHIP, sometimes we take the misunderstanding for this word. PARTNER is NOT only written in legal paper, BUT someone /everyone who stays up late for you, works together with you, supports you in each ways of your decision, hold hand in hand to find a way for the difficulties  faced , walks in the same path together to gain the dream. That is PARTNER. 

Partner is NOT someone who forces you to obey him/ her, let you down in every difficulties, neglect you for the problem which needs to be solved together, cheats on you, and takes for granted of you. THAT IS NOT PARTNER!!!
